Application

Tiramisu powder flavour 8820 is a fresh creamy dark chocolate flavour for sweet dessert. The suggested starting application for this flavour is 0.25% w/w of base. The other optional applications and dosage level for references is as following:

  • Dessert e.g. Mousse : 0.35% to 0.45% w/w of final product
  • Milk Shakes : 0.3% w/w of base
  • Wafer Biscuit : 0.4% to 0.5 w/w of dough weight
  • Cakes : 0.3% to 0.5% w/w of batter weight
  • Ice-Cream Mix : 0.35% to 0.45% w/w of ice cream mix

This flavour is compounded from natural and nature-identical ingredients, which are FEMA GRAS with Dextrose Monohydrate as carrier.
